From the moment you inquire to the final delivery of your wedding gallery, I want the process to feel simple, personal, and stress-free. Here's what you can expect when you choose By Bec Studios to capture your wedding day.

Start by filling out my contact form and telling me all about your wedding day! Once I receive your inquiry, we'll schedule a call or meet in person to get to know each other, discuss your vision, and answer any questions you may have.

Choose Your Collection

We'll talk through your wedding day plans and timeline to determine which photography collection best fits your needs—whether that's 6 hours, 8 hours, or full-day coverage.

STEP 03

 

Make It Official

Once you've selected your collection, I'll send over your contract and invoice. Your wedding date is officially secured once the contract is signed and the required retainer is paid.

Plan, Celebrate & Relive

As your wedding day approaches, we'll work together to finalize your photography timeline, family photo list, and important details. Then comes the best part—your wedding day! I'll capture the moments as they naturally unfold, and afterward, you'll receive a beautifully edited gallery to relive your day for years to come.

1.HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

I recommend booking your wedding photographer 6 months to a year in advance, especially if you're getting married during a popular wedding season. However, don't hesitate to reach out—even if your wedding is sooner—as I may still have your date available!

2.HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED TO SECURE OUR DATE?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to officially secure your wedding date. Once your contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved!

3. DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

Absolutely! Anywhere you want to go, I'm your girl! I love traveling and would be honored to capture your wedding wherever your love story takes you. Depending on the location, additional travel expenses such as mileage, flights, and hotel accommodations may apply.

WILL YOU HELP US CREATE OUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY TIMELINE?


YES! I will work with you to create a photography timeline that allows us to capture all of the important moments throughout your day. I'll send over a rough draft, and we can fine-tune it together—or collaborate with your wedding planner or coordinator to make sure everything flows smoothly.

5.Can we meet before the wedding?

ABSOLUTELY! I would love the opportunity to get to know you both before the big day. We can connect over a phone call, FaceTime, or, if you're local, meet up for coffee!

Building a connection beforehand helps you feel more comfortable with me on your wedding day—and by then, hopefully, I'll feel more like a familiar face than just the person behind the camera!

6. How long does it take to receive our gallery?

Gallery delivery times depend on your wedding coverage. Elopements typically take around 4–6 weeks, while larger and longer wedding days may take approximately 6–15 weeks. I carefully edit every image to ensure your final gallery is beautiful and ready to be enjoyed for years to come!

7.Do you offer engagement sessions?

I do! Engagement sessions are a great opportunity for us to work together before your wedding day and for you to get comfortable in front of my camera. Engagement sessions are complimentary with my 6-hour and full-day wedding collections, and couples booking an elopement package receive 30% off an engagement session.

8. Do you have a second photographer available?

Yes! A second photographer can be added when needed and can be especially helpful for larger weddings, multiple locations, or when you want more moments and perspectives captured throughout the day.

9.What happens if our wedding runs behind schedule?

I completely understand that wedding days don't always go exactly according to plan! I'll do my best to adjust and prioritize the most important moments while we're within your scheduled coverage time. If additional coverage is needed and my availability allows, additional hours may be added at an additional cost.

10.Can I request specific poses or shots?

OMG, of course!!! If you're a Pinterest girl, please send me your vision! I love seeing what inspires you and getting an idea of the photos you're dreaming about. I'll always do my best to bring your vision to life while also capturing the natural, candid moments that make your wedding uniquely yours.

I do recommend creating a small list of your absolute must-have photos rather than an overwhelming list—we want to make sure you spend more time enjoying your wedding day and less time checking off poses!

11. What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that sometimes plans change. If your wedding is canceled and the full balance has already been paid, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances and any work or services already completed.

If only the non-refundable retainer has been paid and no additional payments have been made, the remaining invoice balance will be considered null and void, and no further payment will be due. Please note that the retainer remains non-refundable.

12.Do you offer digital files, prints, and albums?

YES! Your final wedding gallery will be delivered digitally through an online gallery where you can download and share your images. or an app I can have made ( thanks pixie set)

I also love sending my couples a special thank-you box after their wedding! Without giving away too many surprises, one of the special items you'll receive is a USB containing your wedding gallery, so you'll always have a keepsake of your images to hold onto for years to come.

Prints and albums are also available for purchase, so you can turn your favorite memories into something tangible to enjoy and share
